NEOWorks supports MAC Work Orders to easily move, add or change a person’s location, profile and see Work Order activities for that person. NEOWorks includes employees and contractors and the information utilized in each person’s profile is used to assign them to a location on a drawing. Some clients do not need this detail and prefer to use NEOWorks to enter a location for a person without using a Work Order. The system still logs the event for metrics and tracking. Once the Work Order or the manual entry is completed, the system updates the person profile and the drawing to indicate the changed location.
