NEOWorks allows authorized users to add, delete and change employee/contractor profiles. These profiles allow authorized users to link employee/contractor profiles to a location(s) in a single or multiple locations. This flexibility supports permanent and flexible seating arrangements; for instance, hoteling, multiple occupants in a single location and occupants with multiple locations. The employee/contractor profiles can then be used to issue a MAC (moves, adds, changes) Work Order, Demand Work Orders, Schedule Rooms (such as hoteling, conference, special event, etc.) and host Visitors using the NEOWorks Visitor Kiosk.
