Demand Work Order

NEOWorks allows for a specific user group or anyone in a facility to enter a Work Order for demand maintenance.  NEOWorks also allows for specific user or group of users to enter Work Orders for periodic and preventative maintenance.  Users can write Work Orders for typical demand maintenance such as ‘too hot’, ‘too cold’, but can also enter Work Orders for any work requested such as ‘need assistance with the layout in my area’, ‘need to talk with someone about my ergonomic needs’, etc.  Work Orders are then sent to someone, usually facilities, to review and dispatch.  Vendors can be entered in NEOWorks by type of work, by building(s), by floor(s) or administrator defined.
