Floor Plans

NEOWorks has the capability to link your floor plans down to a location to a person or room type such as a conference room, storage, huddle area, etc.  By linking the people data to the floor plan(s), a user can easily lookup a space and click on the space to see details of who sits in the space, the type space and if a person(s) occupy the space, NEOWorks provides details on Work Orders for that person or space.  A user can also click on a person or space in the employee/contractor list or the workplaces list and see that person or space on a floor plan.  In other words, the link is bi-directional.  Once the floor plan is shown, the user has functionality to view, zoom, print and more.
